Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in specific circumstances — such as a match being cancelled or postponed — the bet will be voided automatically and your stake will be refunded. You can also use the Cash-Out feature to settle certain bets early.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Specific wagering requirements must be met first. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x requirement means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the bonus converts to real money and becomes withdrawable.
