4.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets may be voided under the following circumstances, in which case the original stake will be refunded:

• If the event begins more than 12 hours before the scheduled time
• When incorrect odds are displayed due to an obvious technical error
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, etc.)

4.3 Odds Changes

If the odds change between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed, Sportsbook Baji reserves the right to apply the odds at the time of confirmation.

4.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win from a single bet varies by sport and market. In general, the maximum payout per bet is ৳10 lakh. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to qualify. The maximum bonus amount is ৳10,000.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first

• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform to launder illicit funds
• Hacking or Scraping: Unauthorized access to our systems or unauthorized data collection
• False Identity: Operating an account under someone else's identity or with false information
• Exploiting System Errors: Knowingly exploiting errors in odds or the system

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Contact our support team to proceed with the closure.

7.2 Closure by Sportsbook Baji

We may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Upon evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation
• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity
• Evidence of false information provided during registration
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months+)

Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled normally. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded, provided the closure is not due to a breach of terms and conditions.
